At Kaftan Queen our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Worldwide Shipping

Kaftan Queen Uses the Moroccan Chrono Post Service we charge a flat rate of 25€ paid in advance, unless you the client request we use a faster service such as DHL the price of this service will be be paid by you the client and you will be notified of the price.

Kaftan Queen is not liable for any taxes to be paid on goods once they have left Morocco.

Shipping within Morocco,

is free. We use the Pullman service and where this service is unavailable we use the local post and CTM.

Processing time:

After order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. all orders are dispatched within 36 hours after the order is placed. 

 

International Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our workshop to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–21 business days.

You will be notified by Email of when your order is leaving and your tracking number will be sent to you at the same time. If you incur any delays please contact us so that we can assit you.

if you have an issue Please  dont forget to let us know before the 30day refund policy expires (see refund policy) We are happy to Extend our returns policy in individual cases as we understand returning goods can take some time, we just ask for notification within the 30day period.

National Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our workshop to the destination. delivery usually takes about 5_7 business days. We will notify you by Email of when your order is leaving.
